• aerobic exercise
• stretching
• strength building

In addition, health education lectures will be given on such topics as:
• exercise
• nutrition
• Yoga
• cancer treatment
• Lymphedema

Classes will last 90 minutes and include 30 minutes of education and 60 minutes of exercise. Classes willJ_Pump_9 be taught by certified personal trainers and Certified Cancer Exercise Specialists.

JFS Partnership
Often, breast cancer survivors find the physical side effects of chemotherapy, mastectomies, and other highly invasive therapies limiting and even debilitating.  JFS’ award-winning team of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical and Occupational Therapists, and other clinicians can address nearly every need.  From medical transportation to post-mastectomy wound care, JFS skilled staff can develop individualized care for clients with breast cancer.
