Can't afford a personal trainer? Want to look good in that bathing suit this summer? These are 1 hour classes of high instesity training for no more than 6 particants. You get the attention of a personal trainer for less than 30% of the cost. The classes are held 2 days per week totaling 12 classes.

Classes that are included with your membership
Spin - This class uses a specialized stationary bike in a group setting. The focus is to improve your strength and aerobic endurance while burning lots of calories. 55 minutes
Muscle Blast/Spin- Advanced class, prior knowledge of spin and weight training needed. Approximatley 1 hour and 10 minutes of MB and 40 minutes of Spin. Total time 1 hour and 50 minutes
Strength and Spin- A lighter version of Muscle Blast/Spin. A combination of spin and weights on and off bike throughout class. 1 hour 10 minutes
Muscle Blast (MB) - This is a total body lifting experience that improves your muscular endurance, tone and definition. Weighted plates and bars are used along with hand weights, bands and stability balls. 55-75 minutes
