One Lane for Lap Swimmers is always open during Water Fitness Classes Silver Splash: This class offers a lot of variety and fun using shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability required. Water Arthritis: This class provides participants with gentle range of motion degrees. No swimming ability required. Deep H2O Fitness: Improves cardiovascular endurance and tones muscles by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. Swimming ability required. Water Fitness: Improves cardiovascular endurance and tones muscles by using the resistance of the water. No swimming ability required. Finning Legs and Abs: Using fins and noodles; this is a great way to improve cardiovascular endurance and tone muscles focusing on the legs and abdominal areas. Swimming ability required. Aqua Blast: 1/2 hour finning,1/2 hour weights. Swimming ability required.
